I ask this because i know someone who had their whole world litterally destroyed by this evil person who deliberately went out of their way just to prove a point that they could succeed in doing so, like they played some sick game or something. Is this exceptable and what should and can be done about people who possess this evil nature?

Unfortunately, there are individuals who actively make destroying the lives of innocent people their reason to be; their only satisfaction in life comes from taking away the happiness of others. It's absolutely unacceptable of course, but you can't change evil people - only they have the power to make that happen, and more often than not they have no intention of doing so. All you can do is try to protect yourself and your loved ones from their wicked influence by sticking together and not allowing anyone to trick you into working against yourselves. It's not easy... but believe me, you aren't alone in your fight against those who have given in to the dark side of human nature. All the best :)
