Maybe it has got something to do with being circumcised or not.

 It is completely normal, and different for each individual. Its almost as individual as hair color, and eye color, and things of that nature. It varies from person to person, and doesnt mean anything if you do have it, or dont have it. Dont worry, you are normal. :)
