 I think both you guys are waiting for something to happen; for one of you guys to make the first move.
Maybe you or even both of you are subconsciously frustrated by all this waiting so that you guys flirt/dance with other guys/girls to get each other to notice.
Now is the time to make your feelings known or risk the other thinking "you know what, I like him/her but nothing has happened, I don't think at this rate anything will ever happen so I might as well not try anymore"
You'll regret not knowing if there was anything spectacular there. Go for it! =]
