I shave my lower face everyday and sometimes I get black hairs on my face (where my beard grows) and I think it's dead hair so I pull them

You could also try waxing instead of shaving. a wax can last 2 to 3 weeks before needing a repeat.

You can't generalise so much! Loads of girls are hairy, I shave under my arms every day and have to get my tash done nearly every two weeks when waxing should last for at least 3/4 and I know loads of my friends are the same.
Laser hair removal is a nearly permanent answer to the problem but it expensive and I've been told it hurts a lot.
Just remember that women have different perks and all are different. I may be hairy but my period only lasts for 4 days instead of some women who have one for 7.
Being hairy is a pain, and there is no decent answer to your question - maybe the best thing will be to see your GP?
Good luck!

Until I discovered waxing..then now, I currently use epilator. I am so glad I am finished with the shaving. Now I enjoy my skin hairless for 3 weeks. At first they hurt but you'll get used to it. I discourage shaving really.
