reader, anonymous, writes (15 August 2011): I think its probably nerves if youve only just started to have sex or youre in a new relationship. Maybe just slow down, calm down and enjoy the moment. Im sure she would understand if you need to adapt so you enjoy it more and to be honest, if my boyfriend had this trouble i would want to make changes so we both can enjoy the moment.

He evantually went to the doctors, which i'd encourage you to do. They gave him tablets to help his labido and afterwards he didn't need them, he only needed them to bring his confidene back up.
