It keeps happening because the issues are still there in your head.

You need to sort it out while you are awake and then your brain won't worry about it while you are asleep.

Go and talk to your mates or someone about it and get it out of your system before bed tonight.

Good Luck!! xx

Well, look at it this way kiddo If it is something that might come true there is nothing that can be done about a bullet, but there are ways to make dreams not come true I dreamcatchers are good for this as well as burning some insence something soft like lavander wich premotes good dreams with its gental smell the next important thing is to try to break the dream cycle you have control over your dreams and you can find a way to tell your dream no thats not gonna happen this time. but also consalt you spirital leader let them know you would be surpised on the way they can help you

Sounds like you are just scared of losing your friend.

Or you have talked of joining the army and keep seeing all those flag draped coffins on the news.

If either of you have talked about joining the army then it'll be fine to talk to him about it.

It's not nice hearing about Afghanistan. I'm an army wife and it can be really upsetting when you hear about it all the time.

Talk to your mate and anyone you feel you can open up to.

Good Luck!! xx

Search what your dream means on Dreamdictionary.com

you can also get a dream catcher, maybe that will help.

Try to go to bed thinking pleasant thoughts.

Layuf agony auntWell a good example is the tv or the video games, but it maybe something else all together. If it continues you should speak to a school counsler about it, it could be something worse .

tho they sould go away over a period of time.

A female reader, Emilysanswers United Kingdom +, writes (20 July 2009):

Well the nightmares will tell you about what you are scared of.

I'm not saying to believe all those stupid self help books about "if you dream of cheese it means you will see a Zebra next week."

But if the dreams are all on a theme then that might have a clue in it. Are you being chased? Are you scared of failure? Is there pressure in your life that could be coming out as nightmares?

Do you play computer games or watch tv late at night? If all that stuff is in your head right before you go to sleep then your brain might have nothing else to focus on.

Also, look at what you eat and drink. Anything with chemicals or stimulants like coffee, coke, sugar, funny E numbers could be making your brain go haywire.

Nicotine is also really bad for giving you bad dreams. My husband fell asleep with a nicotine patch on when he was quitting and got really freaked out.

Before you go to bed, have a warm milky drink. (They feed it to young kids for a reason, it knocks you out.) Don't have any sugar or anything for a few hours before hand. Don't watch TV or game before bed. Just read a nice book or listen to some quiet, calm music.

Clear your head and think about nice things and hopefully that should make your subconscious be a bit nicer to you.

Good Luck!! xx
