 It's hard to say why you get so attached so early. Maybe your the kind of person who has very high expectations before you get to know women. Without knowing if you have had successful relationships in your past, it's hard to pinpoint...maybe it's a bit of low self esteem and you feel undeserving of attention so when it ends you feel compelled to hang on for dear life.
It's nice to meet new people, perhaps try to be a little more relaxed and accept that chatting on the phone and online is really just the very early stages of getting to know someone...it isn't a relationship until you have met face to face and dated for quite some time. Until most people get to this stage they can walk away easily without a thought. Getting too clingy is a turn-off for most women so try to reverse the tables and play hard to get for a while.
