I know I miss him, but it's a ripping feeling in my chest and sometimes I end up crying. Why do I have such a reaction?Greatly appreciative,--GG

It could be some childhood trauma that you have experienced about losing someone very dear in your life. This is only an educated guess.
You may need to see a therapist .

GoGreen126 is verified as being by the original poster of the questionMy bf is 15, I'm 16.
We are not having sex--we aren't ready. As hard a commitment as it is, I believe sex is reserved for marriage, and my bf is very supportive of that.
We live about 15 minutes apart and go to the same school.
Because of all this, the pain seems even less justified. I feel... Pathetic? No, I guess it's like pampered and spoiled, etc
Thanks so much for your offer of help,
--GG

Dear GG: I have some questions before I can offer my opinion:
How old is your boyfriend?
Are you having sex with him?
How far away does he live?
Do you go to the same school?
Let me know - I'll see if I can help.
