Hello,

Your brain is a very powerful thing. It can affect you physicaly. Also stress can give your menstral cycle a run for its money. If you had sex just after Christmas, you should be in the 6 week mark now if you were pregnant. Go spend another $10 next week and take another pregnancy test, or because you are in Canada ( and its free ), request blood work to be done, as that is the most effective way to see if you are pregnant. But honestly, the more you think about it, fret about it, stress about ... Im assuming youre probably not eating much either, these will all affect your period. and you actualy CAN talk your body into the symptons. I know that until you get your normal cycle back you wont feel at ease, but please try to relax.

It could be that you're so worried you're seeing things that aren't there. If you're worried, go and speak to the doctor.
