Why am I feeling bad when I hear his voice mail messages on my phone..I know I can do better especially cuz I have 2boys..is it normal for someone to feel bad being that its a new breakup..

It's completely normal to feel sad when you hear his voice. After all, you're still mourning the breakup. But, you need to delete those messages, I wouldn't even bother listening to them. Just delete them. You did the right thing by throwing him out of your life - he's completely toxic to your and your boys. So, yes, it's okay to be sad, but don't forget what you've been through and why you're not together. Turn that sadness into disgust when you hear his voice.
