Go to a doctor. Don't sit and wonder what it could be or fall into the trap of going online and looking up information and advice and then wondering what it could be. This could be serious. You need to go to a doctor. If you don't like gynological exams, maybe you could find doctors who you could describe your symptoms to who could still help you somewhat based on what you have described.

Um, I ran this through the symptom checker tool at webmd.com. Not to be dramatic or anything, but one of the possible causes of vaginal bleeding is ectopic pregnancy. Usually it's associated with pelvic pain as well. That's life-threatening. Go see a doctor ASAP. No joking around now. NOW!

you need to see a doctor about this as the bleeding could be due to an infection.
good luck!
