Oral sex, vaginal sex, or any other type of sex are all sex, and you are basically stringing these two women along, and two timing them.
Do they both know you are sleeping with the other?
I think you need to decide who (if either) you want to have a relationship with, even if it is only on a casual basis. Having only one partner will probably stop the guilt.
Please make sure you are using protection (condoms) also, because having multiple partners means a higher chance of getting and transferring STD's.
