 You are lucky! Take it as a compliment, a little ego boost isn't so bad:) As for why now? Maybe they want what they can't have? Sometimes you notice people when they suddenly become unavailable.

They can flirt with you, have some fun, compete a bit with your bf and still...there are no strings or obligations on them to see their flirting through to the end, because you are, indeed, with someone else.. Frankly, there behaviors should tell you, they are all not looking for a long term committed relationship-just some fun at the expense of your bf and your relationship. Don't feel so lucky because they notice you. Stop allowing them to do this to you. Ignore them and focus on the guy who does want to be a part of your life....your bf.

 Probably becouse your guy seem happy with you, so they Have realized that You could be a good match for them too. Thats how the mans and even women do. Before they didnt probably thought that way.Its not love but just the notion of being heppy with you, as the guy who re you with.
