What i was wondering: ever time I've had it done so far I have always been asked if im on the pill, if I'm pregnant/ if there is a chance of being pregnant, if I'm allergic to eggs or if I've been ill recently... But the nurse I was with this time only asked me how I'm feeling so I told her that I have a cold but she went ahead with the jab without further questions... I currently am on the pill, and I was just wondering if 1. the jab will have any effect on the pill and 2. if it's normal for them not to ask... i was just really confused because i have been asked all of those questions in the past!! I know I should have asked while i was there, but she just didn't seem very nice and i wanted to get out of there as soon as possible!

Call the GP's office tomorrow and ask to speak to the nurse. Hopefully you'll get a different one and then you can talk to her about it over the phone.
It's ALWAYS better to be safe than sorry so use condoms for a while until you get the answer that it's all safe and clear.
Good Luck!! xx

LilPixie is verified as being by the original poster of the questionYeah i might do that, i have never been with her before so i don't know her name but maybe they'll be able to tell me who i was with.
When i was seeing her I didnt feel like she was being very proffesional and tbh i felt very uncomfortable with her.
Thanks for answering :)

I know that they ask if you are ill or have had fever, etc. is because if you do shortly after become ill, they want to make sure they can peg it to an alergic reaction. I don't know the affect it has on the pill. You should call the office and ask, tell them your nurses name and what happened. Maybe you'll feel like a rat, but she needs to be asking those questions. You should do what you can to make sure she asks everyone in the future.
