The last time she went out with a guy, she called me and I helped her decide what to wear and how to do her hair. This time she didn't tell me anything, even though I talked with her on the phone before hand. I know she doesn't have to tell me everything in her life, but her parents and sister knew about the date. I don't get it. She says I'm her best friend. I don't know why she wouldn't tell me something like this. I just feel bad and left out. Why wouldn't she tell me and want me to know about it?

The first time she went and met someone from online dating she was so nervous- I convinced her that it would be alright and she would be fine. She almost didn't want to go! I had to talk her through it.

Maybe shes getting used to online dating now , so its not such a biggy anymore. Or prehaps she thought you might not approve for some reason. Did you offer advice against online dating or object to the last guy she met? The best thing to do is to ask her why she didnt mention it x

I would say she felt it was not worth telling you about it unless it worked out.
