writes:why me???? when i was young and great looking i meet the boy of my dreams. my husband. we dated for 5 year got married, no first had a baby then got married.he wroked i work we had a pretty good life. in tell his family came out. i had a great brother-in-law that was nice and help full and a sister-in-law that was just miss perfect. she had a kid and got the perfect body after. i had a boy and got the body that was fat with marks all over. hell stared for me when my sister-in-law husbend cheated on her with a girl under 18. well when that happens you get put in (jail). he did. so i feelt bad for her. right what alse can i do. he got out of jail. had she forgave him. ya i know i thought the same thing to why?. my husband lets call him ben. bens full family went back to there home cuontry. so he felt home sick. so what do we do we go as well. STOP. I know why did i go with him right.... ben told me that it was going to be great we were going to have a great vaction. NOT EVEN CLOse i get there every thing is great for what 2 weeks. then it felt that i was in hell .he stopped going out with me he went out with freinds and stayed out all night. i on the other hand was with my mother-in-law that whole time. so i new he was cheating on me right . come it was not that had to figure out . 1.STOPED HAVING SEX WITH ME. WEEKS ON END. 2. HE GOT A NEW CELL PHONE THAT HE DID NOT LET ME SEE.3.. FI I DID SEE THE CELL PHONE HE HAD TO GO THHOUGH IT FIRTS.4. HE DID NOT SPEND ANY TIME WITH ME .WELL THAt is how i new. we got in to that big fight and came back home to the u.s so a ne life started with me right. wrong we talked about it and ended seperating for 5 months in till we got back to gether. so we started out ok. then came the family why me!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hi there. You say your husband's family lives overseas or at least they have family history there. Do you feel that they would have liked him to marry his own nationality?
That can be hard I'm sure.
It also sounds like they might have a lot of influence over him in some way.
He might feel a bit like he's missing out in life now that he has a family and a wife. His situation has changed dramatically. It sounds like he needs more in his life as well as being a husband and father.
Perhaps you need some more interesting things in your own life as well. Why don't you and him both start up some hobbies and interests, to try and fill in some of the gaps you apparently feel. Also, have some time apart from each other to pursue these activities. Maybe one night a week for a couple of hours. Him visiting friends for a couple of hours and watching sport on TV with a couple of beers, would be a great break for him. On another night, you could visit one of your friends or go and see a movie with them. Just do stuff and have some fun. Life is too short to be unhappy.
People often start to feel very restless when they feel their life has no purpose. It feels like all work and no play. Life has to be fun. It is up to each of us to make outselves happy, and no-one else.
Good communication is also very important. You have to be able to talk to each other and in doing so, talk with love and respect and without criticising.
