Today I let my attraction to him get the better of me and I sent him a text that said 'I like you... I hope this text doesnt complicate the situation of me renting your car or make you feel uncomfortable around me and I won't feel offended or carry any hard feelings if you don't feel the same way and are not interested in me but if you would like to mix business with pleasure as I am not looking for anything serious then let me know I will be at mine tonight maybe you can come see me?' Oh my gosh I'm cringing at the thought of it!!! He has nt texted me back, but I know earlier on he was out of credit so maybe he has not yet topped up but if he really liked me he would have gone to top up his phone and responded to me surely? Oh why did i send that stupid text? What should I do now? I have his car and have to give it back on Wednesday? Should I call him tommorow and ask did he get my text and what did he think or should i pretend i never sent it at all? please help!

 Ask him about it next time you see him. Chances are yes he did get it and he may have had a number of reasons why he didn't get back to you. I personally would want to know his thoughts just do it when you return the car that way if you are going to have a awkward moment it will only be the one time. He may still be interested and if you pretend it never happened it will just be confusing and possibly more awkward.
Trust me, the text isn't as bad as you think it is. I would be flattered to receive somehting like that, well shocked at first but then flattered. Try not to make a big deal about it when you see him, just be casual.
