(By Instant Messenger + the dumper was LYING to me, and actually KNEW I trusted her with all my heart. Yet, she betrayed that trust.). Anyways, after she dumps me, I had to cry it out, when it was still fresh. It was just that overwhelming.Anyways, a month ago, I did a little reverse tactic on her, and rejected her friendship, due to no more trust. Can ANYONE blame me?Anyways, last night, I had that dream that I mentionned earlier. In it, it was all black. Anyways, what's important is, I had to just cry in this dream. (I had the biggest temptation to cry for the last little while, now. And, last night's crying dream just allowed me to let it all out.). However, how come I had to cry a second time???? I'm so confused! Is it depression? Or, is it just me regretting saying "NO!" to being friends with my ex, because I didn't want to settle for the "Consolation prize"?I'm in very much need of help. Please? Thanks, in advance.

Like, I see that she REALLY did NOT read the "Breakup Do's and Don'ts" articles. Like, she's hurt me so badly, I almost feel like embarassing her in public, although I'm NOT that kind of person.

No just because you had to cry a second time does not mean that you are depressed. These things take some time to heal, don't just expect it to be all better once you cry for her once. Try not to worry about it, if you feel you need to cry, well then just cry it is better to let it all out. You where right to cut her out of your life and not accept her friendship, you done the correct thing, as it allows you time away from her to get over her.
