Some men cum quicker than others. If you do end up having sex again, you never know he might take longer. It's completely normal, if you haven't had enough. Try for round two or even play around with sex toys, before or after sex. Also if you are having trouble with getting it all the way in, take it slow or use lube. If you don't feel confortable, don't force it.

 It sounds like he got too excited and came far too fast then was embarressed about it. My guess is that he was trying to see if he could get hard again with the same condom on and continue without you really noticing. Sometimes it is a problem that the guy has or it is a compliment to you for turning him on so much. Usually I like to take the condom off pretty quickly because it just feels weird to lie there with it on.
