Why did he arrange a date and then bail on me? Can anyone explain?

Question - (13 June 2007) 2 Answers - (Newest, 13 June 2007)
A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I recently am divorced and have been asked out by a guy that has been friends and worked with me for about 10 years. We had a date planned, but he never called to confirmed pick-up time, etc. He was acting really into me before this and called me several times. The day before the date, I decided to do something else since I assumed he wasn't going to call. I called him on his cell. When I said "Hi, this is Susan", he hung up. I never called him back and he has been avoiding me ever since. What is up?

kenny agony auntIt sounds to me like this guy was all up for getting you to come on a date but when it came to the crunch he coulden't follow through with it.

I woulden't persue this guy, espessially after you called him and he hung up, thats really immature of him.

Forget about this guy and find someone that gives you the love and respect that you deserve.

Good luck x
