writes: My boyfriend and I have been together for 7 months. Once in awhile, we'll get into these little arguments. Nothing serious. But, I have a lot of pride, which I know is a bad thing. But then, with him, I've learned to just swallow my pride and apologize, since most of the time - I'm treating him unfairly. But, this time after I apologized, he just accepted but didn't talk to me after that. Of course, my pride wouldn't let me just initiate it. I know if I keep quiet, as I always do, i'll risk losing him one day. But, I can't get myself to do it. Why can't I just swallow my pride and say I'm sorry?

Sometimes, our pride controls us instead of us controling it. It's hard to say sorry, but we know we have to, make sure your boyfriend knows your sorry, it may be hard, but nessessary if you really love him. Make sure he knows you love him, sorry but you really do need to swallow your pride this time. It's going to be hard, but hopefully should be worth it in the end.
