 He is not sure yet and he is afraid that it may upset you .Just do nothing. It could be just a thought only.

 Confront him about it, chances are he just didnt want to break it to you and get you upset. Were dum like that sometimes, we dont realize that it would hurt more if we didnt warn you and we just got up and left one day with out any explanation when we are upset.Dont get hatefule or anything just talk to him about it and let him know that you know.Good luck!
