writes: i am 26 years old and have one child who was born in 2005. before i gave birth i used to experience mind blowing, whole body shuddering orgasms which used to take my breath away when making love. but ever since i had the baby, (i had a cesarian by the way)my orgasms are no longer as strong and its frustrating coz i miss my old orgasms, could it be that something was cut from my body during my operation or what coz thats when the problems started. what could the problem be?

Giving birth is the biggest change to your body that you may experience. Hormones, physical and emotional abnormalities will occur. Even though most are experiences in the first 3 months, some take longer time to normalize, few are permanent.
Pelvic exercises, Yoga and Pillates are recommended to improve/regain orgasmic feelings.
You may also consider visiting your GP for further advice.
