reader, anonymous, writes (11 December 2006): A regular program of exercise with an emphasis on the upper body (use your arms a lot...making sure that you are lifting them up higher than your chest, face and even the top of your head). Do this daily for at least six months (and don't forget the rest of your exercis program either). You should see a greater muscle development of your back, shoulders, neck..and even your face and chin. If this doesn't work, I'll be surprised. Then, continue doing it as long as you want to look good.

How can you be a healthy weight and have a double chin? I've honestly never seen that before. Well if you are as healthy as you say you are then I think it's just a case of you being over critical of yourself and maybe your "double chin" is not there at all and you're just negatively exagerating your self image when you look in the mirror.
If you do have a double chin though and you're a healthy weight then I don't think working out will help. The only thing I can think of to get rid of it now is surgery. But being so young I don't think it is advisable. Maybe do a google search and see what you can find.
