Like, at some points it almost feels like 'love' in the sense of a deep filial or romantic connection, and then it sort of overloads and I start crying. What's going on with me? Is this strange? Have any of you experienced something similar? Any light you can shed on this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I also feel that my surroundings have become breezy and lovely. But if I continue to rub my nipples, the emotions overflow like you described and I sort of lose control.

I've not experienced similar sensations (it just tickles!) but that doesn't mean you're odd. Hell I still cry at 'Breakfast at Tiffanys'.
Nothing wrong with guys feeling such emotions, unless there are underlying issues that should be dealt with, with professional help.
If there are no such issues, then I reckon you shouldn't worry.
