DNA test. That's the only real way to be sure. And you need to do it, because if you don't and someone finds out they've been lied to or used, you'll be in trouble.

DNA test, plain and simple.

How to Determine the Conception of Pregnancy
Step 1
Determine the date that your last period started.
Step 2
Count 12 days after the date your last period started. This is the time just before most women ovulate, although your menstrual cycle may be different.
Step 3
Count forward an additional 10 days. Determine which days in that 10-day period you were sexually active. One of those days will be your conception date.
Step 4
Ask the ultrasonographer about the size of the baby during your first ultrasound. The measurements of the baby will indicate the gestational age, which will help you estimate a conception date
OR:
• Step 1 Think back to your last menstrual cycle. If possible, take a look at a calendar or daily planner to refresh your memory. Record the first day of your period on a piece of paper. Let's say, for example, that the first day was August 3.
•Step 2
Add on 11 days to this date. In our example, 11 days after August 3 would be August 14. Record this date.
•Step 3
Now add 21 days to the first day of your menstrual period. Again, in our case this would be August 24th. Record this date.
•Step 4
The last two numbers you recorded indicate the range of possible dates that you could have conceived. Normally, ovulation takes place around 11 to 21 days after the first day of your period. So, in the case of our example, the conception date could have been anywhere from August 14th to August 24th.
•Step 5
Refer to your calendar or planner if you aren't happy with an 11 day range. Try to figure out which days you and your partner were most likely to have had intercourse. This may help you to limit the time frame. If you were intimate with your partner every day, however, you're out of luck.
