I think you should straight up ask him whats going on
cuz thats pretty messed up if he likes you AND your cousin
he needs to make up his mind
even if he leaves you for your cousin, dont feel bad
there will be an even greater guy waiting for you
and if he does hook up with your cousin, theres a chance he'll do the same thing to her
