 You need to shift the focus of what you can't provide, to what you can instead. Realise that you will never be the 7-incher (unless you go for an operation), but what you can be is something else. Now, try quickly picturing your car/bike/etc in your head. This will take your mind ever so briefly off sex and should hold you in for a while longer.
