And we use lamb skin condoms. We dont have crazy rough sex or anything. But, just the other day after we had sex (no condom) we took a nap, and when I woke up my vagina was swollen and painful (not horrible pain, just noticeably different). It didnt hurt to go pee. It kind of itched, but the kind that you dont have to scratch, you just notice its there. I didnt check it out, I figured maybe it was just rougher sex then I thought. hahaha. So, later that night we took a shower to get ready for bed, and I told him about the pain. SO he looked at it and said it was white everywhere. There was no discharge, it had just gone from pink skin to white and kind of dry looking. We ended up having sex (I know, that was kind of dumb), and it was painful around the opening, but not on the inside. I looked at it again yesterday morning and it was still really white and dry. What could be going on???

I have been using this method since the beginning of our relationship. I keep a close eye on everything; I take my temperature daily and I track my mucous patterns...etc,etc. Im not like most people who say they are on the rythm method who dont know what the hell they are doing.
I have stayed off sex since I noticed it, and it has been feeling better. I am just going to stay away from it completely until it feels absolutely normal again. It isnt even so much that it hurts or anything, it's just different, and different isnt always a good thing, especially when it comes to that area! Thanks for all your advice!

I think you need to go and see your doctor about this, it doesn't sound like something I have treated before, so I think you need to have a proper examination.
Stay off the sex till you have been checked over, and consider some kind of birth control unless you are trying for a baby.
