I've been out a few times with a guy who comes into where I work all the tine, and last night he ended up kissing me after a night out. He's a really nice guy but he's 22 and I'm 19, and also I've heard that a guy I've liked for a long time is interested in me also, so I'm torn between the two. If I end up with the first guy, I miss out on someone who I've liked for a long time, but if I go with the second guy I have to see the other one in work every weekend, which would be awkward, plus he's great friends with my boss so it would be odd!! Thanks for taking the time to read this question.

But at the same time, how do you not know you may feel like this and maybe more with the other guy given time? Only you know the answer to this one.
I would also advice you to ignore circumstances - ignore the fact things may be awkward if you choose you way over another, trust your heart and follow it. You'll be able to ignore any awkwardness if you feel you were true to yourself and made the right choice for yourself.
