There are tons of ways to meet great, attractive and smart women during your uni years!
Places such as: the Library, Cafe's, Night Clubs, Societies (this way you can meet someone with the same interests as you and this would be a perfect start to start a conversation!) etc.
When you do meet them make sure you look great, smell great and not be too flirty as this could be a turn off or insulting (some guys believe acting like a total douche is popular with the ladies - it's really not) just be friendly, smile and although this sounds very cliche - be yourself!

I suggest that you hang around the library. I currently volunteer at my local library.... AND, if I knew - 25 years ago - how many HOT (and LITERATE!) women there are to be found at libraries, I would NEVER have spent so darn much $$$$ at my local pub....
Good luck....

The only way to meet new people is to go out and socialize. I know it can be daunting at first to try and make new friends at uni and look for people outside of your course. But if you just talk to new people. Are there any clubs in your uni you can join where you can meet new people? Or even at night time in a pub or a nightclub? Just be chatty and friendly to everyone and see how it goes. If you see a girl you like the look off then talk to her ask her out for a coffee and try and get to know her. It can be hard at first but you will get there.
