Missing your period is the best sign.
Or you could just buy pregnancy tests.
You can get tests that tell you when you are at your most fertile, have tonnes of sex then if you are having trouble.
Also take folic acid if you have been on the pill and give it time as it may take a while for your system to wake up.

The first day the period is due, some tests claim that they can be taken earlier. I never had luck with those ones though. Clear Blue is the best!
