i tested my first test in the afternoon and it came out positive then i tested again the next day in the morning just incase and that was also positive, so it dont really matter when you take the test because your already late any way so it will be ok. its 99% accurate so it will definatly tell you whether you are or not! good luck

It is reccomended to tke it first thing in the morning when urine is strongest, but at this point i would take it whenever.

If you have a 'normal' 28 day cycle then you are about 5 days late. In which case I'd do a test. Pregnancy tests are 99% accurate from the first day of your missed period so will definitely show up if you are.
If your cycle is usually longer then that's nothing to worry about - we are all different but it all depends on the norm.
