 If you give him his stuff back now, itll look like your doing it more out of spite and anger than the fact you dont want it.
Wait for him to ask for his stuff back, or bring up the subject that you still have some of his stuff does it he want it back?
The best way to act is calm and like it doesnt bother you, even if it does. No one likes to appear weak or still annoyed after a break up, espcially if you wanna look like your stronger.
If you give it back, just give it him and go. So you aviod after breakup rows that could break out or meeting up with him ending in tears.

Wait till he asks for it and then meet him with a box of it in a neutral place.
Hand it over and then go.
Tell him you are just on your way to do some shopping / meet a friend so you can't stop. Thank him for bringing your stuff back if he has done and be the bigger person about it all.
