Now we live 7 and a half hours away and have been dating for a little more than a month. We just currently got out of a situation where I was staying with her for an extended period of time due to a car accident when I went to go visit her. A 3 day visit turned into a 3 week visit. After the first week we kinda got sick of each other and she distanced herself because she started to have feelings that she didn't want to have so soon, as she said. And so 2 nights ago when she text messaged me she wrote, "Dude I'm Drunk. See you later. Luv Ya." That would be the first time she said luv ya. And I asked her about it the next day in a text and she responed,"Nothing I guess. Nevermind." What am I suppose to think? I'm pretty sure I'm falling for this girl but she is 7 1/2 hours away and we're both pretty tight on money to be able to see each other. Help Please, I think my heart's in the right spot but I don't know what to do!~Thanks!

In any normal circumstances id advise against reading too much into it but in these it seems she was testing the water. Obviously she got close to you towards the end of your stay and this has stirred some feelings. She was drunk so that gave her the confidence to test the water and express them.
I would say its highly likely shes having the same doubts as you especially with regard to the distance issues. If your heart is in the right spot then go for it...yes there will be obstacles but if both of your hearts are in the right place then that should see you through. All that probably needs to happen is for one of you to take the plunge...

I don't know your girlfriend, so I don't know what she meant, but I do know that loads of girls text 'luv ya' to their mates, parents, partners etc all the time, it's just a female thing. Usually if someone means something by it they would say 'love' not 'luv' but, as I say, I don't know her personally so don't know if that's her way of working as well, it's just how most girls I know operate.
