writes:I have a great girlfriend who I am completely comfortable with so there is no awkwardness between us. Sometimes just making out will give me an erection with her. Everything goes great until it comes time to have sex. I will be hard, for everything but whenever its time for actual sex coming I lose my erection almost instantly. And once that happens I have a hard time even staying hard for oral sex, or a hand job. I know she is into me, and I can get her off in other ways but this is starting to get really frustrating and kind of scaring me. At first I thought it was just because the condom was too tight, but I still lose it even without one. It has happened with every girl I have been with before but this time its my girfriend and I really need to fix it. Is there any guys out there with a similar problem and advice? Or any girls that have worked through this with their guy?

1) wearing a condom
2) performance anxiety
1 - putting on a condom isn't the best way to stay hard. a lot of guys get flaccid after getting their condom on. after you put your condom on, you're gonna have to continue with ur foreplay to get excited again. Leave your condom on. Don't have sex without protection.
2 - try to relax. be confident in the knowledge that you want her and she wants you. it sounds like it has happened a few times, so naturally every time it happens again you're gonna be more nervous. just relax and don't worry about it. if you're with a decent girl she won't leave you for something insignificant like this.
3 - stop watching porn. works wonders for your sex life.
keep at it and bang her brains out :)
