If you are truly "in" a relationship with an older woman and not just "seeking" one at this time, I'm hard pressed to think you would need to initiate it. Usually an older woman makes the move. In the rare case when she does not, just bring it up casually. Let her know you find her very attractive and sexually enticing. It should run its course from there.
