You've done nothing wrong here at all, he is just being immature. Don't let him make you feel bad, this will be hard work but you need to try and preocupy yourself with something else like schoolwork, or another guy (a less defensive one maybe, because that guy is over the top)

If you were out of order then maybe just apologise in person and then avoid him.
Im not trying to be mean here but technology allows people to say things and feel a bit safer, in my experience 14 year old girls use this "keyboard warrior" thing because they can be being a bit immature and not thinking about the consequences. Just grow, mature and learn from your mistake here.
Chances are if you like this guy everytime you see him you feeling will just continue to resurge no matter how much you want them to. You'll just have to ride it out.
