...porn films are (mostly) not real life... they use hidden tricks to make it look more like an elephant has climaxed...
However the advice is go to the doctors and they will arrange for you to be tested. It could be a sympton of something else.

How many times a day do you do it? Generally when you do it a lot it becomes much thinner. I think I read somewhere that after 4 days not doing it, it will be back to full strength.
