Before I answer, I'm assuming you are a girl/woman because it reads: female 18-21 flip....
and I've never had that problem if in fact we are answering for a girl/woman and have not had any of my friends mention anything of the sort. Maybe you could call your OB/GYN and speak with a nurse. They will answer the question for you and tell you if you should do anything about it.

No, I don't think that you should worry. The consistency of semen changes from time to time, and at different ages. possibly to some degree depending on changes in diet. Sometimes it may be almost watery - and thicker at other times.
