When I asked my ex if he was over us breaking up, he replied, "Are you?" What does this mean??

My ex and I have been split up almost 4 months now, we were together for 2 years but things just seemed to get worse. The other day I spoke to him over facebook and asked him if he was completely over everything and the only thing he replied with was 'are you?'. I didnt answer and neither did he. I don't know quite what to make of this, does it mean he still has feelings for me? Hes always been very stubborn, I'm just a bit confused. Any help would be appreciated especially off any guys.
