my dear, what u need is enough foreplay and to settle ur mind and relax when u r about to hav sex, also try to do some romantic staff like having a shower together, having a romantic dinner for two with candle lights, this will give both of u sparks on ur sex life, n another important thing is, u hav to tell ur partner and discuss about ths. Hi Vixy,
It hurts because since u dont have sex regularly since he isnt around.your passage way tends to narrow back abit since u dont do it often. Imagine it like an elastic band.
What i would suggest is that when u meet each other again after awhile of not seeing he should be a littl more gentler and go for a lot of foreplay. You should discuss this with him, dont be shy to tell him.
Goodluck
