Hi! Makes the situation Worse. To be a good advisor, first you needs to become a good listener. Lots of times people just need to vent their emotional problems, and they already know what they need to do about it. So if they ask you for your opinion, then you have become an invited guest. Otherwise, Be there for them, but as a Sympathetic Listener. Don't let the rockyroad of trying to help others deter the love you feel in your heart for others.

It is human nature to help others.
But if you are doing more harm than good for someone, its best to let someone else (a professional) help them.
Here at Dearcupid, we try to help others the best way we can.
But our support should never replace prefessional assistance.
If you understand someones issues and genuinely want to help them, let them know.
If they want your help, they will show it.
