A female reader, chigirl Norway +, writes (12 August 2010):

chigirl agony auntThat depends on the girl, but typically you have matured around the age of 18-20. From there on minor changes can be observed, such as breasts and hips still growing, but both should already have been developed pretty far.

Also, the body always develops and changes, so it is not like you stop changing once you hit a certain age. Breasts for example grow during puberty, then for maybe some years they stay the same size, but for most they continue to change. Maybe you go on birth-control which can cause the breasts to grow. Maybe you get pregnant which also has a huge effect on your body. Maybe you put on weight. Maybe you loose weight. And some just have constantly growing breasts. Or breasts that start to sag at an early age.

So, if you wonder when your body will stop changing.. it won't really ever stop. But your body should be fully matured around the age of 18-20 like I said.

A male reader, daletom United States +, writes (12 August 2010):

I believe most women complete the major changes of puberty and adolescence around age 17 or 18, though minor changes in body shape, weight distribution, and secondary characteristics like skin texture and voice timbre may occur for another year or so. Diet, general health, and heredity affect this timing. Men lag this schedule by a year or two - some guys won't have their adult bodies until they're about 20.
