Also don't hold on so that you both orgasm at the same time (if that's what you are doing)..my ex did this) and it can actually had a negative effect :)

Way more likely would be that he masturbated to last longer, or he was nervous, or he learned some new technique, or he just wanted to last longer, or he was tired, or he had some alcohol, or he was on a new medication, or any other number of things. When people say someone recently having sex can make them last longer they mean within an hour or two. Not within days. This really isn't an indication of anything.

This is pretty meaningless. There are all sorts of reasons why a man might take longer, and cheating is virtually last on the list. I don't think there's anything here at all that suggests he's cheated.
