Apparently guys and girls feel almost the same physical sensations when they climax. According to the article "Do all orgasms feel alike? Evaluating a two-dimensional model of the orgasm experience across gender and sexual context." in the May, 2002 issue of "The Journal of Sex Research" (available at [ http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m2372/is_2_39/ai_91475118/?tag=content;col1 ]):
" The limited empirical evidence available suggests that male and female orgasm may bear more similarities than differences (see Mah & Binik, 2001, for review). In one controlled study by Vance and Wagner (1976), independent raters could not differentiate written descriptions of male versus female orgasm experiences."
A few times in my life, after having several orgasms in a relatively short period of time, I have had an orgasm with no ejaculation.
I usually do NOT like to have my nipples played with, but there ARE some places on my body which, if stimulated correctly in the right sequence, can trigger tingling and muscle contractions that are ALMOST like orgasm, and quite pleasurable, but not a real orgasm.

Not to start a great debate on the topic, but..... "The highest form of pleasure that people get from sex has been misunderstood for ages. Men mostly don't know that there is a difference between male orgasm and female orgasm. So they try to force women into it.Male orgasm is quick and almost the same for every man. It ends up in ejaculation. Therefore it is easily described. It is possible to study it enough because of its simplicity.Female orgasm on the other hand is varies from woman to woman. There are those women who take time to have a long surge of pleasure and those who get successions of short pleasure. For some it is heavy and rollicking yet for some it is light and rarely noticeable. It is a very complex thing in women. There are a lot of controversies as to where it occurs - whether at the vagina or at the clitoris. Does this really matter? While male orgasm take averagely five minutes to occur, female orgasm takes about twenty minutes or more to happen."Therefore are they not different? Different genetalia, different brain firings, if a female orgasm were the same as a mans orgasm, would they not troll the same way men do?

No one will ever know whether orgams is the same for both sexes.
As to "dry" orgasms in a man, it is possible, if you have had sex enough times to "deplete" the semen you had in store, whatever the method of stimulation.

I dont know if that makes it different or not. I guess its something we'll never know, because no1 can have both a penis and a vagina, so we cant experience both. Unfortunately lol

After having discussed the 1st part of your question at length with many past partners, no.To the 2nd part of your question, being a man, yes. After numerous sexual encounters in a short period of time that is the result. After nipple sucking, I can't answer to. Though yes, it happens.
