writes:I hate my nose. its kind of big, looks pretty awful to be honest. i want it peirced though, but im not sur if it will suit me, i love nose piercings on small cute noses but mines quite bigger than normal. what do you think? do you think that piercings look like on all noses or just small ones? its that or plastic surgery but i recon i'll try the piercing first!?any advice or even just your personal preference would be helpfull in choosing! You can always take it back out if you don't like it .. but why not try the stick on ones to see how it looks ??
I got my nose pierced .. my nose is quite small but not tiny & I think it looks cute on any nose ! Most people I see with nose piercings have larger noses and I think they suit it !!

reader, anonymous, writes (3 September 2007): You have to do what you feel is right, but my older sister has a tiny nose and she used to have a stud in it which looked quite cute, but I have a larger nose and it would look awful on me (I know because I bought those stick on ones and all it did was make people notice it more!) Truly not a good move unless you have a button nose. A large nose can look very alluring and sexy, but you have to do that 'smoky eyes' thing (dark and lashings of mascara) and get some lip enhancing pump to make your lips stand out more. Think Sophia Lauren. Us girls with bigger noses should concentrate more on 'sexy and sultry' than 'cute and kooky'. Another thing, my sister now has what looks like a 'pock mark' on the side of her nose which she hates because it looks like an enlarged pore! Best of luck babe XX

 Ok so you have your nose pierced and you don't like it, then you have a hole in your nose aswell, if you think your nose looks big don't you think that having a piercing in it will will just draw more attention to it and that will make you more paranoid then you already are.You could do things a little less drastic than surgery or a piercing like concentrating more on your eye make-up so people focus more on that.We all have hang-ups about a certain part of our body, but don't let it worry you, just accentuate the best bits babe.Take care.xx.

reader, anonymous, writes (3 September 2007): I would go for it. Quite a few of my friends have had their noses pierced and they all look really nice. If it's what you really want have it done and if you dont like it just let it heal over.
