an extremely fast, brand new sports car
an extremely expensive watch
an extremely expensive hi fi system
These things always hit the spot with any standard male. ; )

For instance my boyfriend likes video games. So if I got him a new piece for his games or a new game he wants, I am sure he would like that.
He also likes sports. He would love tickets to a game (football, basketball).
He loves music, taking him to a show or getting him some music software (he doesn't listen to cds).
He likes alcohol (hehe, yea). A nice bottle of whiskey. Maybe like with a set of glasses.
Men also like it when you notice stuff that he needs that he might not notice. For example my boyfriend needs new pillowcases. I got these prints at the boutique I used to work at. You iron really cool patterns on to cotton or cloth. So I am going to get some white cotton pillowcases and iron designs onto it. I am going to make him pillowcases, I am sure he will love it hehe.
Men also like sex and food. Order delicious take out (unless u want to cook) Buy lingerie and look sexy underneath your clothes. Give him a really amazing B-job.

Write down a list of likes that your bf has. Sports, fav bands/music, hobbies, obsessions etc. Now, if he likes a sport, he'll probably have a few jerseys etc. and what he'd like would be something like autographed ball or something. If there's no way you can get him something from that category. Move on to music. A lovely gift would be to buy him tickets to see his fav band-an experience you could share with him. Or if he plays guitar for example, a new guitar could light up his face. Look up Paul Stanley's broken glass mirror-gorgeous! Basically, a great gift is an experience he'll always remember or an object that'll remind him of something pleasant. For example, if he's an artist, a new art set will remind him of you and maybe, further inspire him :) Whatever the gift, put thought into it. Really think about ur bf and what would make his eyes light up. As some wise agony aunts and uncles told me, great experiences/memories make the best gifts :)

I guess it depends on a persons financial situation.Another thing to look it is hobbies. What does your man enjoy doing. So with that in mind: Man is broke: don't insult us with a gift card. We need to get our minds off our problems. Being treated to dinner/movie is great, but MUST end with a "happy ending"! So ladies,Lingerie is in order and be as sexy as possible!.Man is well off: Bake a cake, cook dinner ( do not order out!) or if you still live w/parents a giftcard is then OK, followed by love making in car or other risque spot would be nice!Man has a hobbie: go to ebay or craiglist, buy him something related to that hobbie. Paintball gun, Perfect pushup, Old baseball card or Comic book..etc. Hope this helps.

Well its a difficult question to ask because every guy likes different things therefore it would be impossible to pick one gift that all guys would like. There are plenty of things you can get him but you would need to know what he likes and what he would appreciate.
