I deal with stress and anxieties by casting my burdens on to Jesus and accept whatever comes .
There are things which I have no control nor can change it.
I will have to accept that many things are fated.
Exercise, belief in God and live a simple lifestyle.

(they really do help) and then my doctor gave me anxiety pills. so i would first go see a doctor and talk to them, they might suggest a therapist, just explain to them how you feel. take care xx

My way of stopping anxiety and stress is to take long deep breaths and try and count slowly to 10 and exhale. Think positively. I had to get my son to do this before his last lot of exams and he said they worked.

hi. anxiety and stress are emotions caused by understanding beliefs and worries and thoughts. what wud be of help to u is to think carefuly about what it is that is making u stressed and anxious. maybe debt, love, work, family anything. one u have discovered u need to collapse the worries into something positive. now thats what hypnotherapists do with ease. they can aslo psyco anylise u to help u even discover exactly what ure stress and anxious about if ure having difficulty pinpointing it yourself. try reading about the human mind, find books on amazon about NLP and ul learn that our brains are like computers. most of us are controled by our brains but when u learn about how ure brain works, u start to control ure brain and ure own thoughts. its called mind control and it helps u in all aspects of life.

One of my best friends went through this, and I think the best forms of help were theese :
1) Talk to somome close to you
2) Sleep: helps alot !!!
3) see a doctor
4) Try to work out what is bothering you and see if it can be helped !!
