The morning after pill is EMERGENCY contraception. My friend said she used it once after a condom broke and she vomited profusely and got her period right away, its NOT fun. And these are the typical side effects of the EC pill.
SO for everyday, use condoms AND a birthcontrol pill, patch or ring. Condoms are the only thing that protect you from std's and HIV/AIDS. They say if youve had unprotected sex with four partners minimum you almost absolutely have an STD or STI, so make sure you're careful.
best of luck

Maybe my concept is wrong, but I understand safe sex to be the way to avoid diseases. So I don't think the morning after pill is an example of safe sex. The condom is. Maybe you can add a second contraceptive, like the pill, if you don't want a pregnancy. But I think a physical barrier is what qualifies as safe sex.

You should always use condoms as they protect from std's!

I would say using both together is safes as neither are 100% effective on their own
